科学技术的发展, 推动了以物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新型技术为基础的智慧城市建设步伐。数据作为实现智慧城市的基础支撑和核心驱动力之一, 能够优化城市的管理和服务, 提升城市的核心竞争力, 并促进城市的可持续发展。传统的集中式数据中心模式存在数据安全风险和隐私问题, 为了解决这些问题, 新型的分布式数据管理模式逐渐崭露头角。本文对智慧城市项目建设中的数据共享与数据安全问题进行了分析与研究, 结合笔者多年智慧城市项目建设经验, 总结了智慧城市项目建设中面临主要问题, 笔者认为在智慧城市项目建设中可以从法律、组织、企业、人员和技术五个方面加以解决, 并重点介绍了基于“区块链+隐私计算”的创新型技术解决方案, 此方案能够提供更安全、透明和隐私保护的数据管理方式, 为智慧城市的数据安全提供有力支持, 对智慧城市项目建设具有一定的参考价值。
The development of science and technology has pushed the pace of smart city construction based on new technologies such as Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Data as one of the fundamental supports and core driving forces to achieve the smart city, can optimize the management and services of the city, enhance the core competitiveness of the city, and promote the sustainable development of the city. The traditional integrated data center has data security risks and privacy issues, in order to solve these problems, the new distributed data management model is gradually emerging. This paper analyses and researches the data sharing and data security problems in the traditional construction of smart city projects, combines the author's many years of experience in the traditional construction of smart city projects, summarizes the main problems faced in the construction of smart city projects, and the author believes that they can be solved in the construction of smart city projects in the five aspects of the law, organization, enterprise, personnel and technology, and highlights the data sharing and data security problems based on blockchain and privacy computing technology, which can provide a more secure, transparent and privacy-protecting data management model and have some reference value for the construction of smart city projects.
