本文的研究背景是高校教育对于个性化人才培养的重视。本文认为, 高校教学和科研的最大目的, 是为学生的成长服务。而学生成长的过程, 本质上是个性化发展的过程。教师个性化的课程教学, 是高校个性化教育系统工程的主阵地, 能够有效唤醒学生的个性化发展潜能。古代文学是高校中文系的核心课程, 一直以来占据着十分突出的地位, 对学生文学素养的提升和人文气质的形成, 起到最为关键的作用。为了提高教学效率, 激发学生的个性化活力, 教师有必要进行积极有益的个性化教学探索。古代文学的个性化教学设计, 应深刻把握“繁与简”“史与文”“史与论”“讲与研”这几组重要关系; 在具体教学过程中, 应注重学术性、艺术性、趣味性; 在教学效果衡量方 面, 应积极创新平时成绩的测评方式。文章不但从理论上阐述, 更结合作者本人的课堂教学实践详述具体做法。强调个性化教学的灵魂是学术性, 教师应该秉承独立思考精神, 不懈探索。
The research background of this article is the emphasis placed by higher education institutions on personalized talent cultivation. The ultimate goal of university teaching and research lies in cultivating talents and serving the growth of students. The process of students' growth is essentially a process of individualized development. Personalized teaching by instructors is the main platform. of the personalized education system project in colleges and universities, so teachers should take active and beneficial measures. Ancient literature is a core course in the Chinese Department of universities, and has always occupied a prominent position, playing the most crucial role in enhancing students' literary literacy and shaping their humanistic qualities. In order to improve teaching efficiency and stimulate students' individualized vitality, teachers need to conduct active and beneficial explorations of personalized teaching. This article holds that the personalized teaching-design of the ancient literature should deeply grasp the important relationships such as “complexity and simplicity”, “history and works”, “history and theory”, and “lecture and research”. In the specific teaching process, academic quality, artistic quality and interest quality should be highly emphasized. In terms of the measurement of teaching effects, we should actively innovate the assessment methods for students' regular performance. It is emphasized that the soul of personalized teaching is academic quality, and teachers should maintain an independent thinking spirit and keep exploring.
