Application of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)Combined with Virtual Simulation in Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiments: A Case Study on the Determination of Baicalin in Qingkailing Injection by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)
Pharmaceutical analysis is the science of studying and developing comprehensive quality analysis and control of drugs. Through systematic study of its theoretical and practical content, students can establish a comprehensive drug quality control mindset, master the basic knowledge and skills of drug quality research, and thereby become competent in quality analysis and research in drug development, production, distribution, and clinical practice. Given that pharmaceutical analysis is highly practical, experimental teaching is particularly critical in the curriculum system. It not only promotes the organic integration of theory and practice, but also effectively enhances students’ experimental operation skills and cultivates their comprehensive ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems. It is an important supplement and extension of theoretical teaching. Under the new situation of the parallel advancement of digital education reform. and the construction of new medical disciplines, it is necessary to promote the deep integration of digital and intelligent information technology with classroom teaching, optimize resource allocation, improve teaching effectiveness, and cultivate interdisciplinary pharmaceutical talents who possess both drug quality testing capabilities and innovative research thinking, and who can rely on advanced analytical technologies to carry out new drug research.
