全球气候变化导致极端干旱和强降水事件频发，干旱地区生态系统变得尤为脆弱。与此同时，北方城市的洪涝灾害也日益频繁。为促进水资源可持续利用、生态环境保护、防洪减灾等发展战略的国际学术交流，推动基于大数据的可持续水环境与城市道路洪水预警系统的发展。可持续水环境模拟与管理团队于2023年8月5日决定邀请国外知名专家学者进行学术讨论。

Global climate change has led to extreme drought and heavy rainfall events, and ecosystems in dry areas have become particularly vulnerable. Meanwhile, flooding has become more frequent in northern cities. In order to promote international academic exchanges on development strategies for sustainable use of water resources, ecological environment protection and flood control, promote the development of sustainable water environment and urban road flood warning system based on big data. Sustainable water Environment simulation and management team decided to invite foreign well-known experts and scholars for academic discussion on August 5,2023.
