The new composite prefabricated construction technology was first applied on Wuxi Metro Line 5 in 2024. The biggest difference from monolithic prefabricated stations lies in its more detailed prefabricated components, which are divided into small prefabricated parts such as beams, slabs, and walls, allowing the metro station to be constructed in a “building block” manner. Shenzhen Metro Line 19 is the second metro line in China to adopt a composite prefabricated station, and its waterproofing technology is relatively immature. Combining the successful case of Wuxi Metro Station with the local geological conditions and actual project situation in Shenzhen, this paper studies the construction technology and waterproofing methods of composite prefabricated stations, summarizes the key construction points of metro stations, and provides a reference for subsequent composite prefabricated construction.
