Based on high-precision geomagnetic observations from the second-generation CSES Global Geomagnetic Model (CGGM-2) from 2018 to 2025 integrated with the core theory of Seismo-Geothermics and the global earthquake catalog of M≥4. 0 from 1963 to March 12, 2026 (563, 956 events) , this paper systematically analyzes the coupling mechanism between geomagnetic anomalies in the South Atlantic Anomaly region (SAA) and Seismic Cone Tectonics (SCT) , subcrustal earthquakes, as well as intracrustal strong earthquakes. Results show that the evolutionary characteristics of the double geomagnetic minima in SAA revealed by CGGM-2 are consistent with and verified by the magnetic anomaly maps of SAA from 2014 to 2025 observed by ESA Swarm satellites. Both of them are highly consistent with the thermokinetic processes of Seismic Cone Tectonics proposed by Seismo-Geothermics. The spatial anomalous distribution and temporal nonlinear variation of the geomagnetic field represent direct geophysical responses to the evolution of Seismic Cone Tectonics driven by deep geothermal activities. The geomagnetic weakening rate can serve as an important geophysical indicator for the intensity of deep geothermal disturbances. It is confirmed that geothermal activity is the core driving force governing Earth’s deep geodynamic processes, geomagnetic field evolution, and intracrustal strong earthquakes and volcanic activities. The geomagnetic-seismic coupling in SAA provides high-precision geomagnetic evidence for Seismo-Geothermics and opens a new pathway for the prediction of intracrustal strong earthquakes and volcanic activities.
