摘要 | 本文借助美国加利福尼亚地震中心ANSS地震目录的资料, 依据作者所倡导的地震地热说理论与方法, 通过对若干深源地震活动构造样本的壳下地震年度应变能距平值计算与分析, 得出了9条与全球平均温度距平同时段曲线高度契合的完美图像, 可以肯定地认为, 地球气候变暖并非人类生产活动所造成的破坏, 而是地球自转运动中自我调节的正常现象, 不以人类的意志为转移。目前人类可以做到的, 唯有避险和救灾。因此, 2016年的巴黎协定只是一个很好的环保协议, 应该调整当前的碳排放和碳清零政策, 做到既能保护好环境, 又能促进全球工业化的发展, 共同进步, 造福人类。 |
Abstract | Based on the data of ANSS earthquake catalog of California Earthquake Center and the author’s theory and method of Seismo-Geothermics, this paper analyzes the annual strain energy anomalies of several deep seismic activity tectonic samples beneath the shell. The analysis yields 9 images that exhibit a high degree of correlation with the concurrent curve of global mean temperature anomalies. The warming of the earth’s climate is not the damage caused by human production activities, but a normal phenomenon of selfregulation in the rotation of the earth, and is not diverted by human will. At present, humanity is primarily focused on risk mitigation and disaster relief efforts. Thus it can be seen that the 2016 Paris Agreement is a good environmental protection agreement, which should adjust the current carbon emission and carbon zero policy, so as to protect the environment, promote the development of global industrialization, common progress, and benefit mankind. |
