零碳机场规划建设路径初探———以厦门翔安机场为例
A Preliminary Study on the Planning and Construction Path of Zero-carbon Airport:A Case Study of Xiamen Xiang'an Airport
摘要

厦门翔安机场作为“十四五”期间建设的大型机场, 以建设成为“绿色机场”标杆和“零碳机场”为目标。本文阐述厦门翔安机场对于国内外优秀机场建设低碳机场优秀案例的研究, 明确厦门翔安机场要实现零碳机场需要增加可再生能源的利用比例、推动机场电力化改革以及加强智慧化管理为方向。厦门翔安机场在规划阶段首先做好零碳机场规划完善低碳建设指标体系, 制定碳中和路径规划。后续的设计中, 厦门翔安机场推动零碳机场规划建设: 优化机场空侧陆侧运行效率, 应用航站楼光伏、水蓄冷系统与APU替代系统做到低碳减排, 构建海绵机场实现水资源回收再利用, 从源头上把握好“生态优先、绿色发展”的要求, 最大限度减小对生态环境的影响, 最后通过高性能维护结构、自然采光与自然通风等被动技术结合高效用能设备与用能系统等措施实现绿色建筑三星航站楼。虽然厦门翔安机场成为零碳机场仍有一定的距离, 但厦门翔安机场探索零碳机场的路径值得借鉴: 零碳机场建设应规划制定碳中和路径, 注重“开源”和“节能”两个方面, 更大地利用新能源, 更好地应用节能措施, 从而提升减排降碳的效果, 应增强机场的碳汇能力, 为实现“零碳机场”创造有利条件。

Abstract

As a large-scale airport construction during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Xiamen Xiang'an Airport aims to become a benchmark of “green airport” and a “zero-carbon airport”. This paper describes the research of Xiamen Xiang'an Airport on the excellent cases of low-carbon airport construction at home and abroad, and clarifies that Xiamen Xiang'an Airport needs to increase the proportion of renewable energy utilization, promote the reform. of airport electrification and strengthen intelligent management in order to achieve a zero-carbon airport. In the planning stage, Xiamen Xiang'an Airport should make a zero-carbon airport planning, improve the low-carbon construction index system, and formulate a carbon neutral path planning. In the design stage, Xiamen Xiang'an Airport promotes the planning and construction of zero-carbon airport: Optimize the airside and landside operation efficiency of the airport, apply the terminal photovoltaic system, water storage system and APU replacement system to achieve low carbon emission reduction, recycle water resource, and minimize the impact on the ecological environment. Finally, through the high-performance maintenance structure, natural lighting and natural ventilation and other passive technologies combined with efficient energy equipment and systems, the goal to build a Three Stars Green Building terminal is achieved. Although there is still a certain distance for Xiamen Xiang'an Airport to become a zero- carbon airport, it is worthwhile to learn from the path of Xiamen Xiang'an Airport of exploring a zerocarbon airport: The construction of zero-carbon airport should be planned and formulate a carbon-neutral path, pay attention to the two aspects of “Renewable energy” and “energy saving”, make greater use of new energy and better use of energy-saving measures, so as to enhance the effect of carbon reduction and enhance the carbon sink capacity of airports to create favorable conditions for the realization of “zero carbon airport”.
