摘要 | 油浸式变压器器身浸润在油内, 整个器身是密闭充满油的状态。受温度变化影响, 变压器油热胀冷缩体积变化需要缓冲, 渗漏引起油减少需要补充, 在器身上方安装一个油枕。胶囊通过呼吸器和外界空气流通, 内部气压等于大气压力, 油热胀冷缩时, 气囊收缩膨胀, 呼吸器呼气吸气维持变压器内部油的平衡油位。变压器油枕胶囊检查过程中的新发现, 在国内变压器胶囊泄漏检查方法进行总结分析, 总结出棉棒底部探油、静态保压试验、微正压保压查气三种较为有效的油枕胶囊查漏方法, 三种方法相结合, 可在不拆除吊出胶囊的情况下对胶囊是否泄漏做出准确诊断, 避免现场复杂油务处理, 提升工作效率。 |
Abstract | The oil immersed transformer body is immersed in oil, and the entire body is in a sealed state filled with oil. Affected by temperature changes, the thermal expansion and contraction volume changes of transformer oil need to be buffered, and the decrease in oil caused by leakage needs to be supplemented. An oil pillow should be installed above the transformer body. The capsule communicates with the outside air through a respirator, and the internal air pressure is equal to atmospheric pressure. When the oil expands and contracts, the airbag contracts and expands, and the respirator exhales and inhales to maintain the balanced oil level inside the transformer. A new discovery in the inspection process of transformer oil pillow capsules has been summarized and analyzed in the domestic transformer capsule leakage inspection methods. Three effective oil pillow capsule leakage inspection methods have been summarized, including cotton swab bottom oil detection, static pressure holding test, and micro positive pressure holding gas inspection. The combination of these three methods can accurately diagnose whether the capsule leaks without dismantling and lifting it out, avoiding complex oil treatment on site and improving work efficiency. |
