本文依据作者自创的2022新版针灸铜人模型, 以自我感知为例证, 厘清了脾经起始段、脾经脾支和脾经胰支组合而成的足太阴脾经行循路径、腧穴分布及其生理功能, 初拟了改善脾经功能的自我保健操作方法, 并对未来的研究方向给出了讨论和建议。新的脾经剔除了足阳经对胸部经络的干扰, 比较传统路径显得更加符合人体的阴阳观念, 内涵更加丰富, 在人体示意图上也更加直观, 或许能为医学界专家和读者朋友们所关注。中医学的经络理论, 是关系到人类疾病的脏腑辨证论治和调整人体阴阳平衡的头等大事, 根本大法, 不可敷衍行事。中医学是需要创新与发展的, 首先应该从清理中医学理论开始, 明辨优劣和虚假, 发扬光华, 去其糟粕, 敢于革新进取。作者相信, 中医学博大精深, 只要努力, 一定会有所发现, 有所发明, 有所创造, 有所前进!
