乡村留守儿童防性侵教育的困境与对策研究
Research on the Challenges and Countermeasures of Sexual Assault Prevention Education for Left behind Children in Rural Areas
摘要

基于城乡发展不均衡, 大量年轻劳动力涌向城市所导致的乡村年轻监护人的陪伴的缺乏所产生的乡村留守儿童的问题以及留守儿童由隔代监护人监护的背景下。隔代教育下必然存在大量的传统思想的束缚, 因此乡村留守儿童所受到的性教育以及性的观念少之又少, 所以乡村留守儿童受到性侵的概率非常之大, 而儿童受到侵犯后又由于心理健康疏导的缺乏、乡村监控设备的缺乏以及法律对于这方面的细致性不足而常常得不到良好的解决。因此需要急切开展乡村留守儿童的防性侵教育。乡村留守儿童防性侵教育是指针对因父母双方或一方长期外出务工而留守在农村的儿童所开展的预防性侵害的教育活动。防性侵教育对儿童身心健康、社会安全稳定、教育公平及公众认知与重视等方面均具有积极作用。当前, 乡村留守儿童防性侵教育面临多重困境, 如法律法规和政策支持不足、社会环境复杂教育资源匮乏、师资力量不足、家长性教育认知不足等。针对该困境, 在深入剖析其原因的基础上, 提出了具体可行的针对性策略。

Abstract

Under the ground of the uneven development between city and countryside, the influx of a large number of young laborers into cities, the lack of companionship from young guardians in rural areas has led to. the problem of left behind children in rural areas, as well as the background of left behind children being supervised by intergenerational guardians. Under intergenerational education, there are inevitably a lot of traditional concepts, so, the sexual education that the rural left behind children can learn is very seldom. Therefore, the probability of being violated of the children who live in countryside is very high. When the children were violated, they often do not receive good solutions due to the lack of psychological counseling, inadequate monitoring equipment in rural areas, and insufficient legal attention to detail in this regard. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out sexual abuse prevention education for left-behind children in rural areas. Sexual abuse prevention education for left-behind children in rural areas refers to educational activities aimed at preventing sexual abuse for children who remain in rural areas due to the long-term migration of one or both of their parents for work. This education has positive effects on children' s physical and mental health, social stability and security, educational equity, as well as public awareness and attention. Currently, sexual abuse prevention education for left-behind children in rural areas faces multiple challenges, such as insufficient legal and policy support, a complex social environment, limited educational resources, inadequate teaching staff, and insufficient parental awareness of sex education. In response to these challenges, specific and feasible targeted strategies are proposed based on a thorough analysis of their causes
