自体是自身的工具, 行为和行为响应加持下的自持自摄的生命本身就蕴涵着感知的“天性”, 必然会引导出生命自身的觉察, 这就是那个被称为自我的东西得以出现而且必然出现的自然之道。可是, 物理主义关于物理学与生物学以及生命与心智都是不可通约的设定割裂了生命本征与体现着的自我, 将其塞入意识的解释之中而事实上被掩蔽或悬置。自我立于生命之身挟心智以文化创造而展现着己身的精神面貌。本文就如何破解如此两类不可通约性的设定以为诠释自我于心智的实质提出了自己的思考框架。据此: 其一, 在生命自能和类自能物质的意义上探讨了心智之于生命存在的逻辑, 以为设定一个探讨生命中心智的规范; 其二, 认为自持自摄的生命依应自身如何外在的投射和摄取以及内在的悟思和受用, 并通过感觉运动、感觉代码的等效变换和外部世界联结为了一个连续的共同体, 这可以看作是生命省悟自明的自我彰显并立于在了其中的本原; 其三, 借助布扎基感知是大脑建立身体图式的主动探索的思想, 以及达马西奥自我的心智解读并皮亚杰的发生认识论, 探讨了自我的形态以及在发生上的自然实现, 以为勾勒出一幅自我于生命中心智的运行图式。

My body is a tool for myself, and behavioral responses sustain a self-sufficient life that inherently contains nature of perception, which will inevitably guide the perception of the life itself. This is the natural way in which the thing called the self can appear and must appear. However, the physicalism􀆳s assumption that physics and biology, as well as life and mind, are irreconcilable, severs the self that was originally manifested as the essence of life, and suspends it in the interpretation of consciousness. Standing in the body of life, using the mind to create culture and showcase one􀆳s own spiritual outlook. This article proposes its own thinking framework on how to break through the two types of irreconcilable assumptions and interpret the essence of self and mind. Based on this, firstly, the logic of the mind in relation to the existence of life was explored in the sense of self energy and quasi self energy substances, in order to establish a standard for exploring the central intelligence of life. Secondly, it is believed that the self sustained and self absorbed life depends on how it is projected and absorbed externally, as well as on its inner realization and utilization. Through sensory movements, equivalent transformations of sensory codes, and connections with the external world, it forms a continuous community. This can be seen as the essence of the self manifestation of self realization and standing within it; Thirdly, with the help of the idea that Buzky perception is the active exploration of the brain to establish a bodily schema, as well as Damasio􀆳s interpretation of the self􀆳s mind and Piaget􀆳s theory of generative cognition, this study explores the form. of the self and its natural realization in occurrence, in order to outline a mental operational schema of the self in life.
