Based on the new version of acupuncture bronze Man model created by the author in 2022 and taking self-perception as an example, this paper clarifies the circulation path, distribution of acupoints and physiological functions of the foot Taiyin spleen channel, which is composed of the initial section of the spleen channel, the spleen branch of the spleen channel and the pancreatic branch of the spleen channel. The self-health operation method to improve the function of the spleen channel is formulated, and the future research direction is discussed and suggested. The new spleen channel eliminates the interference of the foot Yang channel on the chest meridians. Compared with the traditional path, the new spleen channel is more in line with the concept of Yin and Yang of the human body, with richer connotations and more intuitive in the human body diagram, which may be concerned by medical experts and readers. Traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory, is related to human disease of zang-fu syndrome differentiation treatment and adjustment of the balance of Yin and Yang of the human body, the fundamental law, can not be perfunctory.
