区域重大文旅节会活动的知识表征与时空过程分析-以第四届中国(宁夏)国际葡萄酒文化旅游博览会为例

Knowledge Representation and Spatiotemporal Process Analysis of Major Regional Cultural and Tourism Festivals- A Case Study of the 4th China(Ningxia)International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo

节会是快速提升旅游目的地形象、大幅带动区域文化旅游增长的重要方式。中国 (宁夏) 国际葡萄酒文化旅游博览会是我国首个以葡萄酒为主题的国家级、国际化综合性展会, 也是宁夏规格最高、规模最大、影响最广的葡萄酒文旅展会品牌。因应区域重大文旅节会对于事件全程、全时、全维、全媒信息的动态监测与科学、综合、专业知识的管理决策需求, 以事件时空过程为特征的节会知识图谱依托知识整合与表达能力优势, 能够针对性解决节会议题吸引力评价不客观、时空影响范围评测不科学、综合效益评估不全面等方面存在的问题。本文从文旅节会的事件发生机理分析出发, 以2024年第四届中国 (宁夏) 国际葡萄酒文化旅游博览会活动为例, 通过对区域重大文 旅节会组成要素和动态特性等多元异构特征信息的处理和分析, 以其活动的时空过程状态作为特定时空截面, 提取出包括概念、对象、状态、特征和关系5个层次的区域重大文旅节会知识图谱库, 从中分类形成葡萄酒文化旅游的语料库、素材库、数据库、知识库、方案库, 对展会实施过程中的活动主题选择、专题内容生产、组织过程优化、活动效果评估等提供了有效的素材支撑和有力的决策参考。结果表明, 该知识图谱库给出了事件中不同对象的知识表达, 以多对象状态序列可视化的呈现出活动的时空全过程发展变化, 为文旅节会决策方案提供了有效的决策辅助支持。

Festivals are a significant means to rapidly enhance the image of tourist destinations and substantially boost regional cultural tourism growth. The China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo is the first national-level, international comprehensive exhibition themed around wine in China, and it is also the highest-standard, largest-scale, and most influential wine culture and tourism festival brand in Ningxia. In response to the dynamic monitoring and scientific, comprehensive, and professional knowledge management decision-making needs of major regional cultural tourism festivals for event-wide, all-time, alldimensional, and all-media information, the festival knowledge graph, characterized by the spatiotemporal process of events, leverages the advantages of knowledge integration and expression capabilities to specifically address issues such as the unobjective evaluation of festival topic attractiveness, the unscientific assessment of spatiotemporal impact scope, and the incomplete evaluation of comprehensive benefits. Starting from the analysis of the event occurrence mechanism of cultural tourism festivals, this paper takes the 2024 Fourth China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo as an example. By processing and analyzing the diverse and heterogeneous characteristic information of the components and dynamic characteristics of major regional cultural tourism festival events, and using the spatiotemporal process state of its events as a specific spatiotemporal cross-section, a regional major cultural tourism festival event knowledge graph library is extracted, comprising five levels: concepts, objects, states, features, and relationships. The results show that this knowledge graph library provides knowledge expressions for different objects in the event, visually presenting the entire spatiotemporal process development and changes of the event through multi-object state sequences, offering effective decision- making support for cultural tourism festival decision-making plans.
