减阻携砂一体化压裂液是解决当前大排量大液量施工模式下用液紧张的核心技术。目前使用的反相乳液型稠化剂解决了速溶问题, 但含大量有机溶剂, 容易造成环境污染。通过分散聚合工艺, 合成了一种不含有机溶剂和乳化剂的双水相减阻剂。减阻剂30s内速溶, 0. 15%清水溶液减阻率达到72. 73%, 在总矿化度为12249mg/L的返排液中, 减阻率为71. 34%, 稠化剂溶液通过有机锆交联剂交联后耐温耐剪切性能良好, 携砂能力强, 破胶液对岩心伤害率为14. 37%。该压裂液体系具有“低成本、低伤害性、绿色环保”的特点, 返排液可回收利用, 解决了大规模施工和复杂配液流程之间的矛盾, 具有良好的应用前景。

The current reversed- phase emulsion thickener solves the problem of instant solubilization, but contains a large amount of organic solvents, which is easy to cause environmental pollution. Through the dispersion polymerization process, a two-phase aqueous drag reducer without organic solvents and emulsifiers was synthesized. The drag reduction agent is instantly dissolves within 30s, the drag reduction rate of 0. 15% water solution reaches 72. 73%, In the reflux fluid with a total mineralization of 12249mg/L, the drag reduction rate is 71. 34%, the thickener solution has good temperature and shear resistance after crosslinking through organic zirconium crosslinker, strong sand carrying capacity, and the damage rate of glue breaking solution to the core is 14. 37%. The fracturing fluid system has the characteristics of “low cost, low damage, green and environmental protection”, and the flowback fluid can be recycled, which solves the contradiction between large-scale construction and complex liquid preparation process, and has a good application prospect.
