儿童哲学视角下儿童友好型城市建设

Construction of Child-Friendly Cities from the Perspective of Children's Philosophy

儿童是国家和社会未来的建设者。城市应以包容性为原则, 将儿童权利纳入城市发展的核心要素之一。本研究基于国内外儿童友好城市实践的动态发展和儿童哲学理论, 探讨了儿童友好城市建设的背景、实践动态及其哲学价值, 并分析了当前建设中的困境和对策。研究方法上, 文章回顾了国际和国内的儿童友好城市实践动态, 结合儿童哲学的理论视角, 提出了具体的建设方式和价值取向。研究结果表明, 建设儿童友好城市需要在城市规划和建设中融入儿童视角, 关注儿童生活, 促进公共资源配置。同时, 需要建立健全的儿童优先发展协调机制, 引入儿童影响评估, 应用数字化手段创新儿童工作方式。建设儿童友好城市还强调公共价值观, 注重儿童参与和发展, 强化儿童与环境的双向互动, 建立情感纽带。建设儿童友好城市不仅有助于儿童的全面发展, 而且有助于城市的长期发展。本研究的结论为政策制定者和城市规划者提供了有价值的参考, 有助于推动儿童友好城市的建设进程。

Children are the future builders of the country and society. Cities should be based on the principle of inclusiveness inclusiveness and incorporate children’s rights into one of the core elements of urban development. Based on the dynamic development and child philosophical theory of child-friendly city practice at home and abroad, this study discusses the background, practical dynamics and philosophical value of child-friendly city construction, and analyzes the dilemmas and countermeasures in the current construction. In terms of research methodology, this article reviews the international and domestic practice dynamics of child-friendly cities, and combines the theoretical perspective of child philosophy to put forward the specific construction mode and value orientations. The results show that the construction of child-friendly cities needs to integrate children’s perspective into urban planning and construction, pay attention to children’s life, promote the allocation of public resources, and ensure that urban construction meets the needs of children􀆳s physical and mental development. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a sound coordination mechanism for child priority development, introduce child impact assessment, and apply digital means to innovate the way of working with children. Building a child-friendly city also emphasizes public values, focuses on children’s participation and development, strengthens the two-way interaction between children and the environment, and establishes emotional ties. Building a child-friendly city not only contributes to the all-round development of children, but also provides a solid foundation for the long-term development of the city. The conclusions of this study provide valuable references for policy makers and urban planners and help to advance the construction process of child-friendly cities.
