As a popular read, Krugman's exposition is not rigorous, but we believe there is one point that is relevant to the current Chinese economy, namely, “Economic overheating, rather than weakness, is the time to implement deflation policies. ” Krugman's book explicitly tells us this from a reverse perspective.
