本文聚焦于机器人和通用人工智能技术发展导致的劳动力结构变革问题, 提出和谐生态村理论予以应对, 真正实现让科学技术造福人类的根本目标。通过将剩余劳动力转化为电力和数据, 结合土地资源合理开发和当地特色文化旅游产业, 构建经济可持续、环境优美且保障村民物质与精神生活的和谐生态村系统。以某污染严重的一个虚拟贫困村为例, 简要地论证了和谐生态村建设的经济可行性, 旨在为解决社会就业压力、实现可持续发展提供创新思路与实践途径。

This article focuses on the labor structure transformation caused by the development of robots and general artificial intelligence technology, and proposes the concept of the Harmonious Ecological Village as a response, with the aim of truly achieving the fundamental goal of leveraging science and technology for the benefit of humanity. By converting surplus labor into electricity and data and integrating the rational development of land resources with local cultural tourism, we aim to build an ecological village system that is economically sustainable, beautiful, and ensures the material and spiritual well-being of villagers. Taking a heavily polluted impoverished village as an example, this paper briefly demonstrates the economic feasibility of ecological village construction, aiming to provide innovative ideas and a practical path to mitigate social employment pressure and achieve sustainable development.
