Exploration and Practice of Empowering Talent Cultivation in Chinese Pharmacy through the National-Level First-Class Course “Inheritance and Practice of Jingchu Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture”
With a focus on talent development in the Pharmacy (Chinese Medicine) major, this paper discusses the exploration and practice of empowering talent cultivation through the nationally first-class undergraduate social practice course, “Inheritance and Practice of Jingchu Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture. ” Focusing on the development of TCM pharmaceutical professionals, the paper analyzes existing challenges in the connection between cultural heritage and professional education, practical teaching resources, and innovative ability training. The course addresses these issues through: establishing a tripartite “culture-practice-innovation” curriculum system; strengthening university-enterprise collaboration to create an industry-education-research synergy platform; innovating pedagogical approaches to emphasize ideological education and competency development; integrating cultural inheritance, practical training, and innovation- entrepreneurship education via university-industry partnerships and vocational-educational integration. All these initiatives contribute to constructing a practical education framework for cultivating highquality talents in the TCM pharmacy major.
