浅谈中药学特色与物理化学实验课程建设融合-以复方丹参片降解动力学为例

本文从中药学的专业特色出发, 探讨中药学专业的物理化学实验课程与中药学特色深度融合的可能性。以中药复方降解动力学为切入点, 分析传统实验教学的局限性, 提出“以专业应用为导向”的实验课程融合新方案。通过设计中药特色实验案例, 实现基础理论与专业应用的融合与衔接。本文以复方丹参片为例, 展示如何将物理化学原理应用于中药稳定性研究, 为培养具有交叉学科创新能力的中药学人才提供教学改革思路。

This paper explores the possibility of integration of physical and chemical experimental courses of Chinese medicine major, starting from the professional characteristics of Chinese medicine. The present study commences with an examination of the degradation kinetics of Chinese medicine compounds, which is then used to analyze the limitations of traditional experimental teaching methods. This analysis results in the formulation of a new experimental course integration plan that is “oriented by professional application. ” The integration and connection of basic theory and professional application is realized through the design of characteristic experimental cases in Chinese medicine. This article takes compound Danshen tablets as an example to demonstrate how to apply physical and chemical principles to the stability research of Chinese medicine, providing teaching reform. ideas for cultivating interdisciplinary and innovative talents in Chinese medicine.
