在当前我国职业教育深化产教融合、推动校社协同的背景下, 高职院校与社区之间存在人才供给与基层治理需求脱节的现实困境。基于优势视角理论, 本研究以W街道公益创投项目为例, 采用质性研究方法, 通过对16名学生、2名教师及10名社区骨干的半结构化访谈, 借助Nvivo14进行主题分析, 系统探究公益创投驱动校社协同的实践路径。研究发现, 公益创投通过“优势识-优势互补-优势固化”机制, 有效破解了高职生专业潜能待显性化、社区内生资源待转化及校社协同动能待强化三重困境, 显著提升了学生的项目策划与社区沟通能力, 促进了职业教育与社区治理的深度融合。本研究为构建校社协同育人新模式提供了实证依据与实践路径, 对推动基层治理现代化与职业教育高质量发展具有参考价值。
Against the backdrop of China' s ongoing efforts to deepen industry-education integration and promote university-community collaboration in vocational education, a significant disconnect exists between the talent supply from higher vocational institutions and the governance needs of local communities. Guided by the strengths perspective theory, this study takes the Public Welfare Venture Project in W Community as a case study, and adopts qualitative research methods, including semi-structured interviews with 16 students, 2 instructors, and 10 community key members, and thematic analysis via NVivo14. This research systematically explores the practical pathways of public welfare venture initiatives in facilitating universitycommunity collaboration. The findings reveal that such projects effectively address three core challenges— underutilized professional potential of vocational students, untapped endogenous resources within communities, and insufficient momentum for university-community collaboration. This is achieved through a tripartite mechanism of “strength identification, complementarity, and institutionalization, ” which significantly enhances students’ capabilities in project planning and community communication, and fosters deeper integration between vocational education and community governance. This study provides empirical evidence and practical strategies for constructing a new model of university-community collaborative education, offering important insights for advancing the modernization of grassroots governance and high-quality development of vocational education.
