在当前全面推进创新驱动发展战略的时代背景下, 有组织科研已成为高校服务国家战略需求、提升自主创新能力的重要途径。对民办应用型高校而言, 积极推进有组织科研, 更是实现高质量内涵式发展的关键路径。本文以文华学院为例, 聚焦“民办应用型高校如何通过有组织科研破解科研资源分散、产学研融合不深、成果转化困难等治理难题”这一核心学术问题, 综合运用案例分析与实践总结的方法, 系统探讨其实施路径。研究表明, 通过制度保障、平台建设、团队培育以及成果转化等多维一体的系统化举措, 能够有效提升科研组织化程度与创新绩效。文华学院在实践过程中, 以战略引领积极构建科技支撑平台, 聚焦关键技术研发, 形成自主知识产权, 并联合企业共同申报科研成果奖项, 积累了具有推广价值的实践经验, 旨在为同类型高校提供有益参考。

Against the backdrop of comprehensively advancing the innovation-driven development strategy in the current era, organized scientific research has become a vital pathway for universities to serve national strategic needs and enhance their independent innovation capabilities. For private applied universities, actively promoting organized scientific research is an even more critical path to achieving high-quality connotative development. Taking Wenhua College as a case study, this paper focuses on the core academic question of how private applied universities can address governance challenges—such as fragmented research resources, inadequate industry-university-research integration, and difficulties in achievement transformation— through organized scientific research. By comprehensively integrating case analysis and practical summary, it systematically explores its implementation pathways. Research indicates that integrated and systematic measures encompassing institutional safeguards, platform. development, team cultivation, and achievement transformation can effectively enhance the level of research organization and innovation performance. In its practice, Wenhua College takes strategic guidance to actively build scientific and technological support platforms, focuses on the research and development of key technologies, forges independent intellectual property rights, and collaborates with enterprises to jointly apply for scientific research achievement awards. It has accumulated practical experience with significant popularization value, aiming to provide valuable reference for universities of the similar type.
