高校“资助全链”体系构建及提升育人实效的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Construction of the “Comprehensive Funding Chain” System in Colleges and Universities and Its Effectiveness in Education

高校资助工作是促进教育公平和社会公平的重要举措, 是一项重要的保民生、暖民心工程[1]。但是当前在绝对贫困已经消除的背景下, 高校资助育人工作仍然存在着助困和育人两张皮的问题, 如“重物质资助、轻精神培育”阻碍了高校资助育人工作的创新性发展。在此背景下, 本文围绕“资助育人成效”的核心问题展开研究。论文首先对高校资助育人工作进行调查研究, 分析了当前资助育人工作存在的问题及原因, 其次进行了高校“资助全链”体系的构建研究, 涵盖资助育人内容、资助育人队伍、资助育人平台、资助育人场地、资助育人实践、资助育人形式六个链节, 接着对高校“资助全链”体系提升资助育人实效进行实证研究, 验证了“资助全链”体系提升育人实效的理论判断, 最后从拓展资助队伍来源广度、探索资助活动形式新度、强化资助政策宣传力度、提升资助对象识别精度提出了高校“资助全链”体系提升育人实效的对策建议。

University funding is an important measure to promote educational and social equity, and it is a vital effort to safeguard people􀆳s livelihoods and warm people􀆳s hearts [1]. However, against the backdrop of the elimination of absolute poverty, there remains a disconnect between the efforts to alleviate poverty and the goal of educating people, such as “focusing on material support while overlooking personal and intellectual growth” hinders the innovative development of the work of funding education in colleges and universities. In this context, this paper focuses on the core issue of “the effectiveness of funding education”. Firstly, this paper makes an investigation and research on the education assistance work in colleges and universities, and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current education assistance work. Secondly, it studies the construction of the “comprehensive funding chain” system in colleges and universities, covering six interconnected dimensions: the content of funding education, supporting team, the platform. for education, the venues for funding activities, practice initiatives, and various forms of educational support. Then, the empirical research has validated the theoretical premise that the ‘comprehensive funding chain’ system enhances the effectiveness of education. Finally, from expanding the breadth of funding teams, exploring the new degree of fundingactivities, strengthening the publicity of funding policies, and improving the accuracy of funding object identification, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the education effectiveness of the “whole chain of funding” system in colleges and universities.
