在我国由研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国迈进的征程上, 博士生教育质量内涵研究十分必要且很有意义。博士生教育质量既是博士生教育的出发点和根本目的, 也是判断或评价博士生教育发展程度、目标达成程度的重要依据。本研究基于ISO8402质量内涵将博士生教育质量定义为“博士生教育系统满足个体、社会需要的能力与水平。”博士生教育质量包含博士生教育内适质量和博士生教育外适质量。内适质量是外适质量实现的根本动力和主要原因, 外适质量是内适质量的结果形式和外在表现。厘清博士生教育质量内涵, 有助于确立博士生教育发展的主要着力点并推动我国博士生教育的高质量发展。
In China’s journey from being “big” to “powerful” in postgraduate education, it is necessary and meaningful to study “the connotation of the quality of postgraduate education”. The quality of doctoral education is not only the starting point and fundamental purpose of doctoral education, but also an important basis for assessing or evaluating the development and goal achievement of doctoral education. Based on ISO8402 quality connotation, the research defines the quality of doctoral education as “the ability and level of the doctoral education system to meet the needs of individuals and the society. ” The quality of doctoral education includes the internal and external quality of doctoral education.
