Under the background of modern vocational education research and the leadership of Shanghai Higher Vocational Cultural Literacy Teaching Committee, this paper mainly discusses the exploration of the effect of higher vocational English Teachers Integrating with Enterprise Practice, and the application of the gains and achievements of enterprise practice by higher vocational English teachers in higher vocational English classroom teaching after practicing and learning in the enterprises. Through literature research, survey and empirical research, it is found that students'learning enthusiasm, learning effect and learning efficiency have been improved accordingly in classroom teaching.
