建设终身学习社会背景下两种在线教育设计案例比较分析研究

Comparative Analysis and Research on Two Online Education Design Cases in the Context of Building a Lifelong Learning Society

在终身学习社会背景下, 探索在线教育设计至关重要。本文分析了在线教学模式的创新, 特别是MOOC+SPOC+在线直播模式和校本云平台+校本资源+在线直播模式。通过案例分析展示了清华大学和北京某中学在实施这两种模式中的具体做法, 以及如何根据不同学习动机设计个性化教学策略, 以满足多样化学习需求。研究表明, 设计在线教育时, 应竭力平衡教学策略、情感需求和技术支持等多方面的内容, 采取混合式教学设计, 搭建互动平台, 优化数字治理体系, 利用数字技术推进终身学习体系转型, 并为不同学习动机的学习者设计个性化教学策略, 以促进终身学习社会的发展。

In the context of a lifelong learning society, it is crucial to explore online education design. This article analyses the innovation of online teaching models, especially the MOOC + SPOC + live streaming model and the school-based cloud platform. + school-based resources + live streaming model. Case studies demonstrate the specific practices of Tsinghua University and a Beijing middle school in implementing these two models and how to design personalized teaching strategies based on different learning motives to meet diverse learning needs. The results show that when creating online education models, every effort should be made to balance various aspects, such as teaching strategies, emotional needs and technical support. We should adopt a blended teaching design, build an interactive platform, and optimize the digital governance system to promote the transformation of the lifelong learning system using digital technology. Meanwhile, it is essential to provide personalized teaching strategies for learners with different learning motivations to promote the development of a lifelong learning society.
