新时代地方涉农高校耕读教育的实践与思考 ———云南农业大学案例

Practice and Reflection of Farming-and-Reading Education in Local Agricultural Universities in the New Era: Case Study of Yunnan Agricultural University

全面推进乡村振兴和农业农村现代化的关键在于科技与人才支撑, 涉农高校作为农业科技创新和三农人才培养的主阵地, 亟须改革传统育人模式。近年来, 各涉农高校以耕读教育作为重要抓手, 积极探索育人模式改革创新。文章探讨了新时代耕读教育的内涵转变与发展, 以云南农业大学为例, 学校通过构建“价值引领—能力培养—产业服务”三位一体育人模式, 创新实施校院协同机制、“通专结合”课程体系、校内外实践基地和专兼结合师资队伍建设, 形成了特色鲜明的耕读教育体系, 为新时代地方涉农高校持续开展耕读教育提供了有益参考。然而, 当前仍存在对耕读教育内涵认知不足、耕读课程体系分散、农耕实践质量待提升和评价机制缺失等挑战。未来需进一步深挖地域特色、完善课程体系、建设共享基地和健全评价机制, 以培养适应农业新质生产力发展需求的复合型人才, 助力乡村振兴和农业强国建设。

The key to comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization lies in scientific and technological support and talent cultivation. As the main front for agricultural technological innovation and talent development in agriculture rural areas and farmers, agricultural universities urgently need to reform. traditional education models. In recent years, agricultural universities have taken farmingand- reading education as an important approach to actively explore innovative reforms in education models. This paper discusses the connotative transformation and development of farming-and-reading education in the new era. Taking Yunnan Agricultural University as an example, the university has established a distinctive farming-and-reading education system by constructing a trinity education model of “value guidancecapacity cultivation-industry service”, innovatively implementing school-college coordination mechanisms, establishing a “combination of general and specialized” curriculum system, developing on-and-off-campus practice bases, and building a combined full-time and part-time teaching team. This provides valuable reference for talent cultivation in local agricultural universities. However, challenges remain such as insufficient understanding of farming-and-reading education's connotation, fragmented curriculum systems, lack of improvement in the quality of farming practices, and absence of evaluation mechanisms. Future efforts should further explore regional characteristics, improve curriculum systems, build shared practice bases, and establish sound evaluation mechanisms to cultivate interdisciplinary talents meeting the development needs of new quality productivity in agriculture, thereby providing strong support for rural revitalization and building China into an agricultural powerhouse.
