摘要

年轻干部是党和国家事业发展的中坚力量, 肩负着国家富强和民族复兴的使命。新时代高职高专院校加强年轻干部教育管理监督有利于改善高校行政管理质量与水平, 提升教师队伍专业化素养和推动高校内涵建设与高质量发展。新时代高职高专院校在加强年轻干部教育管理监督中存在: 在教育管理监督理念上, 还尚未形成人本化的服务理念; 在教育管理监督文化上, 还尚未形成和谐化的行政氛围; 在教育管理监督制度上, 还尚未形成创新化的制度体系; 在教育管理监督人才上, 还尚未建成专业化的管理团队。新时代高职高专院校加强年轻干部教育管理监督的路径有: 从高职高专院校权力的运行逻辑分析, 需建立人文化的教育服务理念; 从高职高专院校管理文化行政化分析, 需培育和谐化的行政文化氛围; 从职业教育政策驱动的视角, 需构建适应高校变革需要的制度体系; 从高职高专院校内涵建设来说, 需培养专业化学习型的干部人才队伍。

Abstract

Young cadres are the backbone of the development of the cause of the Party and the country, and shoulder the mission of national prosperity and national rejuvenation. Strengthening the education management and supervision of young cadres in the new era is conducive to improving the quality and level of administrative management in colleges and universities, enhancing the professional quality of teachers and promoting the connotation construction and high-quality development of colleges and universities. In the new era, the professional service concept has not yet been formed in the education management and supervision system. The ways to strengthen the supervision of young cadres'education are the logical analysis of the concept of human culture from the power of higher education colleges, and the system from the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
