生活事件与大学生心理和谐: 应对方式和反刍思维的链式中介作用

Life Events and College Students’ psychological Harmony: the Chain Mediating Effect of Coping Style and Rumination Thinking

为了探究生活事件对当代大学生心理和谐的影响, 并考查应对方式和反刍思维在其中的中介作用, 从而更好地提升大学生的心理健康素养。本研究以广西在校大学生为调查对象, 采用相关量表对944名大学生进行网上施测, 并运用SPSS21. 0对结果进行分析。分析表明: 生活事件与应对方式、心理和谐呈显著负相关, 与反刍思维呈显著正相关; 应对方式与反刍思维呈显著负相关, 与心理和谐呈显著正相关; 反刍思维与心理和谐呈显著负相关。链式中介模型检验结果显示: 生活事件可以通过应对方式的中介作用负向预测心理和谐; 生活事件可以通过反刍思维的中介作用负向预测心理和谐; 生活事件可以通过应对方式和反刍思维的链式中介作用负向预测心理和谐。因此, 应对方式和反刍思维在生活事件与大学生心理和谐之间存在链式中介作用。

In order to explore the impact of life events on psychological harmony of contemporary college students and examine the mediating effect of coping style. and rumination thinking, so the college students’ mental health level could be improved. In this study, 944 college students in Guangxi were tested online by relevant scales and SPSS21. 0 was used to analyze the result. The results of correlation analysis showed life events was negatively correlated with psychological harmony and coping style. Oppositely, it was positively correlated with rumination thinking. Coping style. was negatively correlated with rumination thinking but positively correlated with psychological harmony. Rumination thinking was negatively correlated with psychological harmony. The results of chain mediation model test showed life events could negatively predict psychological harmony by the mediating effect of coping style. Also, life events could negatively predict it by the mediating effect of rumination thinking. Besides, life events could negatively predict it by the chain mediating effect of coping style. and rumination thinking. Therefore, coping style. and rumination thinking played a chain mediating role between life events and psychological harmony of college students.
