云南省高校中外合作办学经过长期的发展, 该地区充分利用其与东南亚邻国的地理优势, 形成了独特的区域发展模式。同时, 这里也培养了众多具备国际视野、熟悉国际规则, 并能参与国际事务和竞争的高级人才。目前中外合作办学中学生学生个性突出, 规则意识淡薄, 并且心理承受能力弱等问题。高校教育管理也出现了对“三全教育”认识不到位, 服务意识和利用新媒体等不足。因此, 思想政治教育受到诸多因素的影响, 不利于学生思想素质、理想信念的培养并对中外合作办学仍缺乏理性的分析。本实践研究中外合作办学项目中“三全教育”的实施, 在分析中外合作办学学生特点及存在问题的基础上, 积极探索符合办学规律和教育长期稳定发展现实的中学中外合作办学“三全”教育管理模式包括: 建立思想政治教育的顶层设计、加强教师队伍的素质建设、构建“三全教育”评价体系和利用网络新媒体手段, 实现思想政治教育。
After the long-term development of sino-foreign cooperation in universities in Yunnan Province, the region has made full use of its geographical advantages with its Southeast Asian neighbors and formed a unique regional development model. At the same time, it also cultivates a large number of senior talents with international vision, familiar with international rules, and can participate in international affairs and competition. At present, students in Sino foreign cooperative education have prominent personalities, weak awareness of rules, and weak psychological resilience. There has also been a lack of understanding of the “Three Comprehensive Education” in higher education management, as well as insufficient service awareness and utilization of new media. Therefore, the ideological and political education of students in Sino-foreign cooperative running schools is affected by many factors, which is not conducive to the cultivation of students' ideological quality, ideals and beliefs, and still lacks rational analysis of Sino-foreign cooperative running schools. This practice studies the implementation of “Three Comprehensive Education” in the Chinese- foreign cooperative school running project, and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of Chinese-foreign cooperative school running students, actively explores the “Three Comprehensive Education” management mode of Chinese-foreign cooperative school running that conforms to the law of running schools and the long-term and stable development of education, including, Establish top-level design for ideological and political education, strengthen the quality construction of the teaching staff, construct an evaluation system “Three Comprehensive Education”, and utilize new media tools on the internet to achieve ideological and political education.
