| 摘要 | 本文旨在探讨留守家庭对儿童心理的影响。通过文献综述和实地调查, 分析了留守家庭儿童的心理健康状况及其影响因素。研究发现, 留守家庭儿童普遍存在焦虑、抑郁、自卑等心理问题, 其影响因素主要包括家庭环境、教育方式、社会支持等。在此基础上, 提出了改善留守家庭儿童心理健康的建议, 包括加强家庭教育、提高社会支持、加强学校心理健康教育等。这些建议对于促进留守家庭儿童的健康成长具有重要意义。 |
| Abstract | This paper aims to explore the left-behind family' s influence on children' s psychology. Through literature review and field survey, the paper analyzes the mental health status and influencing factors of left-behind family children. The research finds that there are widespread psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem among left-behind family children, and the influencing factors mainly include family environment, education mode, and social support. On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the mental health of left-behind family children, including strengthening family education, improving social support, and strengthening school mental health education. These suggestions are of great significance for promoting the healthy growth of left-behind family children. |
