2021年7月, 教育部出台《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》 (简称“双减”) , “双减”政策指出, 要注重提升学生课后服务水平, 为学生提供多样化的学习内容, 但当前实际课后服务中的内容与形式较为枯燥, 学生自身的发展需求得不到很好的满足。因此, 本文立足于小学课后服务实际情况, 结合教育教学理论知识, 在文献研究、课堂观察及教学实践的基础上, 围绕美术与英语融合的课后服务教学开发与设计提出四项基本原则及英美融合教学框架。其中, 课后服务中融合教学开发设计应遵循的四项基本原则包括: 围绕核心素养提升, 明确育人目标; 教学内容多层次化, 立足学生实际; 优化教学过程设计, 强调学生自主; 确立多样评价方式, 重视学生发展。同时, 基于学生实际情况, 以小学美术和英语教学内容为主的英美融合教学框架包含课程体系、单元设计、课堂教学三个方面, 并通过教学设计案例的提出以期为实际课后服务中融合教学的开发设计提供一定的参考。
In July 2021, the Ministry of Education issued the “Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Compulsory Education Students” (referred to as the “Double Reduction”) . The “Double Reduction” policy pointed out that it is necessary to focus on improving students' after-school service levels and providing them with diversified learning content. However, the current content and form. of after-school services are relatively dull, and the developmental needs of students are not being well met. Therefore, this article, based on the actual situation of after-school services in primary schools, combined with theoretical knowledge of education and teaching, and based on literature research, classroom observation, and teaching practice, proposes four basic principles and a framework for the integration of art and English in the development and design of after-school service teaching. Among them, the four basic principles that should be followed in the design of integrated teaching development in afterschool services include: Clear educational goals should be set around the improvement of core literacy; The teaching content should be multi-level and based on the students' reality; Optimize the design of teaching process and emphasize students' autonomy; Establish diverse evaluation methods and attach importance to students’ development. At the same time, based on the actual situation of students, the art and English integrated teaching framework, which focuses on primary school art and English teaching content, includes three aspects: curriculum system, unit design, and classroom teaching. Through the proposal of teaching design cases, it is hoped to provide some reference for the development and design of integrated teaching in actual after-school services.
