本研究聚焦于思想政治教育赋能视域下, 电子商务专业大学生助力乡村振兴的就业现状与前景。通过对232份有效问卷的分析, 发现尽管89. 7%的学生认同电子商务对乡村振兴的推动作用, 但实际参与乡村电商项目的学生仅占36. 2%, 揭示了显著的“知行落差”。研究指出, 电子商务专业教育与乡村振兴需求之间存在错位, 学生自评能力与乡村岗位需求匹配度仅为41. 2%。本研究提出通过加强思政教育, 构建“战略认知—情感认同—行动自觉”的递进式教育体系, 以提升学生的乡村实践参与度与职业认同感。研究强调需通过课程体系改革、实践教学模式创新及校企合作深化等策略, 培养具备社会责任感与专业技能的电子商务人才, 为乡村振兴贡献青春力量。本研究不仅为电子商务专业教育提供了理论参考, 也为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了实践指导。
This study focuses on the employment status and prospects of e-commerce majors in assisting rural revitalization from the perspective of ideological and political education empowerment. Through the analysis of 232 valid questionnaires, it was found that although 89. 7% of students agree with the role of ecommerce in promoting rural revitalization, only 36. 2% of students actually participate in rural e-commerce projects, revealing a significant "knowledge action gap". Research has shown that there is a mismatch between e-commerce education and the demand for rural revitalization, with only 41. 2% of students' self-evaluation abilities matching the demand for rural positions. This study proposes to strengthen ideological and political education and construct a progressive education system of “strategic cognition emotional identification action consciousness” to enhance students' participation in rural practice and professional identity. The study emphasizes the need to cultivate e-commerce talents with a sense of social responsibility and professional skills through strategies such as curriculum system reform, innovative practical teaching models, and deepening school enterprise cooperation, in order to contribute youthful strength to rural revitalization. This study not only provides theoretical reference for e-commerce education, but also practical guidance for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
